Roll out a sheet of puff pastry as thin as possible and cut into 3-inch squares. Place 1 tsp of Fire & Ice Tequila Mango Salsa into the center and add 1/2 tsp of cream cheese on top. Fold in corners to meet in the center and pinch seams tightly shut. Brush with beaten egg and bake at 350 degrees or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Use as a topping for vanilla ice cream, cheesecake or on pound cake, then add whipped cream.
Make a salad dressing that's perfect for spinach or pasta salad by combining 1 cup Fire & Ice Tequila Mango Salsa with 2 Tbs. vegetable oil, and 1 Tbs. white wine vinegar. Add water as desired to loosen texture. Makes a great marinade as well.
Add a dollop to your tuna or salmon salad recipe instead of mayonnaise. You'll cut back on fat and add more flavor.
